It’s a genuinely excellent pram for city living and travel, but it was designed as a secondary travel pram, not a do-everything daily workhorse. If you can stretch your budget to $1,500, you enter the full-size pram category where every dollar buys meaningful extra features: larger baskets, longer warranties, all-terrain tyres, and better long-term daily usability.
The Nuna Mixx Next ($1,499) is a complete full-size pram. The YOYO³ needs a newborn pack ($199+) for birth-to-6-month use.
Full-size prams have 5–10 kg baskets. The YOYO³'s basket is designed for travel essentials, not a full grocery shop.
Full-size prams with foam-filled tyres handle light gravel and uneven paths. The YOYO³ is designed for flat, paved surfaces only.
