If you’re using a seatbelt installation (without ClickTight),yes — get it checked. Many Australian retailers including Baby Bunting offer free or low-cost professional fitting. For ISOFIX installations, the fit is more consistent, but the top tether still needs correct routing and tension. The safest installation method is the one you can do correctly every time. ISOFIX reduces side-to-side movement and is harder to get wrong, but not all Australian vehicles have ISOFIX anchor points.
